The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) has advised that a partial interruption of telephone service there, which commenced on Monday, April 24, is ongoing at this time.

Members of the public are therefore asked to dial 260-0036 to reach the QEH’s PBX. The 536-4800 telephone number for the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (previously Help Desk) remains unaffected.

Chief Operations Officer, Dr. Christine Greenidge, while apologising for any inconvenience the unexpected issue may cause, is assuring the public that teams are currently dealing with the issue.
