The Ministry of Housing, Lands and Maintenance has advised that there will be a partial road closure of a section of Holder’s Hill, St. James, at the former Bullens Agricultural Station, from 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, to 5:00 a.m. on Friday, September 20. This is to facilitate the installation of natural gas.
The proposed alternative routes are as follows:
- From Highway 1: Turn right onto Chapel Gap No.1, then left onto Matthew Drive. Traffic can then turn right, back onto Holders Hill.
- From Holders Hill: Turn left onto Matthew Drive, then right onto Chapel Gap No.1 and continue onto Highway 1, after the junction.
C.O. Williams Construction Co. Ltd. will be executing the works, and the roadway will be reinstated at the same time.
