All persons engaging in any profession, trade, business or calling, as outlined in the Profession, Trade and Business Registration Act Cap 373, are reminded that they must pay annual licence fees to the Registrar of the Supreme Court during the month of January of each year.

Fees are payable to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road, St. Michael, or online by using government’s EzPay+ portal. Failure to meet the deadline of Wednesday, January 31, 2024, will result in the payment of fees twice the amount that is due.

Any person, who fails, neglects or refuses to register and engages in any profession, trade, business, or calling, is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $500.

Persons who are required by law to pay licence fees and fail to do so within the determined period of January 31, 2024, shall be treated as being unregistered.
