Persons engaged in any profession, trade, business or calling listed in the Schedules to the Profession, Trade and Business Registration Act, Cap 373 are reminded that they should register with the respective government agency, by January 31, 2023.
This Act was first introduced in 1978 and has been subsequently amended.
Categories listed at Part II, Second Schedule, as amended, and the Third Schedule, asamended, are required to register in January of each year with the Chief Labour Officer.
Those listed in the Part I, Second Schedule, as amended, and Parts II and III, FirstSchedule are similarly required to register with the Registrar of the Supreme Court.

Persons should visit the Accounts Section of the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Third Sector, 3rd Floor West, Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael, to pay the applicable fees, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.

Those persons who are required to make payments to the Registrar of the Supreme Court may do so in person by visiting the Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road, St. Michael, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., or online by visiting Government’s EZpay+ portal.
Under this Act, any person who fails to pay their annual registration fee by January 31, 2023, will be required to pay a late registration fee of double the amount. The Profession, Trade and Business Registration Act, Cap 373 and related amendments are available here for review.
