The public is reminded that the old National Identification Card will not be valid after June 30, 2023, and will not be accepted as proof of identity when completing business transactions.

The Electoral and Boundaries Commission (EBC) is encouraging persons who have not yet registered for the Trident ID card, to do so by visiting the Warrens, St. Michael office, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and avoid the “last-minute rush” at the end of June.

If individuals have registered but have not collected the Trident ID card, they are available for collection at the EBC at Warrens Tower II, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The EBC thanks all those who have completed their national registration and have collected their new identification cards.
