Members of the public are invited to come out and give their input on two community meetings regarding the Advancing Community Climate Resilience in the Caribbean project.
The project team will hold the first of these meetings in the Rubis Conference Room, Pile Bay, St. Michael, on Saturday, November 16, beginning at 3:30 p.m.; while the second meeting will be held at North Stars Cricket Club Building, Crab Hill, St. Lucy on Sunday, November 17, at 4:00 p.m.
During this second collaborative community meeting, the team will present the ARC GIS Story Map, which was created based on previous discussions with community members and other consultations.
It is also anticipated that the targeted community would have the opportunity to validate the Story Map and provide feedback, to assist with the identification of any gaps and areas for improvement. The meeting will also cover the next steps in the process and discuss how the community could assist in furthering these goals.
