The collection of works, which includes 27 copies of e-books, periodicals, newspapers, reports, and reviews written by or about Shirley Chisolm, can be found on the EBSCO Database.

Mrs. Chisholm was born on November 30, 1924. She was the first black woman to be elected to the United States Congress and was the first African-American woman to seek the Democratic Presidential Nomination in 1972.
