The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation has advised that forms for entry to the various sixth forms across the island are now available.
They may be obtained from the Examinations Section of the Ministry at the Elsie Payne Complex, Constitution Road, St. Michael.
Only one form will be issued per student and once completed, they should be returned to that section with copies of examination results attached.
The deadline for return of application forms is Monday, August 21, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
