The Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic (SJPP) is moving towards having students apply online.
Persons interested in pursuing full-time studies from August but who do not take this route will have to pay a fee of $10.
For ease in applying, the SJPP has asked that prospective students visit their website at www.sjpp.edu.bb and click on the Apply Now link.??According to the institution, ONLY one full-time application of two choices may be submitted by the applicant, who MUST be at least 16 years old at the time of registration.
To access the application form, students should first create a User Account. It is recommended, by the institution, that they download the latest internet browser ??? for instance, Internet Explorer, Version 10/11 or Google Chrome ??? latest version.
After following the various prompts towards completing the application, students should check their email to verify that the application was actually sent.
Applicants must provide proof of citizenship and local applications which DO NOT contain the national registration number will not be processed.
Applicants who were born outside of Barbados MUST submit proof of their immigration status. The closing date for all applications is Friday, March 28, while late applications will be accepted up to Friday, April 4.
Payment of any monies may be made to the Accounts Department of the SJPP from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.
