The Ministry of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs (MPEA) will again be hosting a series of town hall meetings to solicit the public’s views on the draft 2023-2030 National Policy for Improving the Lives of Persons with Disabilities.

These meetings will be held from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Tuesday, July 25, at the Deighton Griffith School, Kingsland, Christ Church
  • Wednesday, August 9, at the Alexandra School, Queen’s Street, St. Peter
  • Wednesday, August 16, at St. Leonard’s Boys’ School, Richmond Gap, St. Michael.

All are invited to attend, either in person, or online at https://is.gd/PwD0823Draft. Hard copies of the Policy may be obtained from the Barbados National Public Library or downloaded by clicking here
