Members of the public may pay their last respects to former Commissioner of Police, Grantley Watson, at a “Vigil Day” in the Prince Cave Hall, Police Band Headquarters, District ‘A’ Complex, Station Hill, St. Michael.
During the event, scheduled for Thursday, March 7, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., the public will get the opportunity to view the body and sign the condolence book.
Mr. Watson, a former Executive Director at the Regional Security System, died on Saturday, February 3, at the age of 80. The official funeral with military honours will take place on Friday, March 8, at the St. Thomas Parish Church, Arch Hall, St. Thomas, starting at 1:00 p.m.
